By accessing or using MangaPet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

MangaPet is not intended for children under the age of 13. By using this service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you may not use MangaPet or provide any personal information to us.

MangaPet uses Google Sign-In for authentication. By signing in with your Google Account, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your use of Google Sign-In is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
• We access only your basic Google Account profile information (name, email address, and profile photo) for the purpose of providing the MangaPet service.
• We will not use your Google Account data for advertising, data brokerage, or any purpose unrelated to providing the MangaPet service.
• We will not transfer your Google Account data to third parties except as necessary to provide and improve the MangaPet service, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.
• Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You are responsible for the content you upload to MangaPet. You agree not to upload any content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains viruses or malicious code.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

MangaPet uses artificial intelligence to generate manga content based on your uploaded photos and prompts.

• Your Photos: You retain all rights to the photos you upload.
• Generated Content: You own the specific manga books and character likenesses generated through your paid use of the service.
• License: By using the service, you grant MangaPet a limited license to process your data for the sole purpose of providing the service to you.

MangaPet offers various paid features and token packages.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Tokens and subscriptions are non-refundable once content generation has commenced.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

The MangaPet brand, including our logo, website design, and proprietary code, is the intellectual property of Launch Design, LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

In no event shall MangaPet or its partners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MangaPet.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on this page and revising the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of MangaPet after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
